The Opportunity

Join CliniKids as a Client Support Officer, working across ourSubiaco and Edgewater clinics, and be the first point of support for familiesaccessing autism services. In this role, you'll play an important part increating a calm, organised, and compassionate experience - helping familiesfeel supported and confident from their very first interaction with us.

You'll be working in a fast-paced but supportive clinicenvironment, where no two days are the same. From welcoming families andmanaging enquiries to coordinating appointments and supporting clinicians,you'll help ensure each day runs smoothly and that every family feels cared forand informed.
What you'll bedoing:

  • Provide a warm, professional front-of-house experience for clients, families, and visitors.
  • Manage a high volume of enquiries (phone, email, in-person), including sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and support a smooth intake experience.
  • Manage clinician diaries, appointments, and waitlists.
  • Support families to understand service processes and requirements.
  • Process client accounts, payments, and general administration.
  • Work closely with clinicians to support daily clinic operations.

Based at both our Subiaco and Edgewater offices, this is afull-time, ongoing opportunity.

About You

You are organised, proactive, andgenuinely care about delivering a great client experience. You enjoy working ina busy environment, can manage competing priorities, and stay calm underpressure.

You will bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
  • Strong customer service, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing diaries and appointments.
  • Confidence using databases and Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
  • Ability to work across both clinic locations with your own transport.
  • Work in a way that safeguards our clients and protects their rights at all times.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with children and/or families.
  • Experience in healthcare or allied health settings.

You will also be required toprovide a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance priorto commencement.
