Communications Manager Strategic Projects

Your Impact

You will support the delivery of key strategic projects by planning and executing clear, engaging communications across both internal and external audiences.

Working closely with project and business teams, you'll translate complex information into simple, audiencefocused messaging that drives understanding, alignment and engagement. Your work will ensure employees, customers and partners are informed, connected and ready to support successful project outcomes.

This is a highvariety role for someone who thrives on pace, enjoys working with senior stakeholders and is comfortable flexing between internal and customer-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver endtoend communications to support strategic project milestones
• Translate complex project information into clear, engaging and audienceappropriate messaging
• Develop highquality content including key messages, FAQs, presentations and scripts
• Manage and deliver internal communications across channels such as intranet, email, leadership updates and town halls
• Support the development of customerfacing communications aligned to project and business objectives
• Maintain communication plans and trackers, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
• Monitor effectiveness of communications and identify opportunities for improvement

About You

• 5+ years' experience in corporate or internal communications
• Experience supporting project, transformation or change environments
• Strong writing and editing capability, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Highly organised with strong project and time management capability
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and basic content or visual development capability
