As the Talent Acquisition Lead - Projects, you'll lead a team to deliver on high impact recruitment initiatives that drive transformation and capability uplift across eHealth NSW and the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Implementation Authority.

In this project focused lead role, you will deliver strategic recruitment solutions, provide expert policy advice, lead continuous improvement, and organisational change initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and service delivery.

This is a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional who is looking to deliver exciting Talent initiatives and projects in a complex and evolving environment.

Your strong knowledge and experience across talent acquisition and sourcing, human resources, projects, and organisational change within a large and complex environment will see you succeed in this role.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Project delivery: Lead complex recruitment projects end to end, aligned to organisational change, restructures or workforce uplift.
  • Continuous improvement: Review, redesign and improve recruitment processes and systems.
  • Change capability: Support change initiatives and embed new ways of working.
  • Policy and advisory: Provide expert advice on complex recruitment matters and escalations
  • Data and insights: Use workforce data and reporting to inform planning and drive evidence-based recruitment outcomes.
  • Coaching & uplift: Lead and uplift your team and stakeholders to embed robust, consistent, best practice recruitment.
  • Strategic workforce thinking: Align recruitment delivery with broader workforce planning and organisational priorities.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use your understanding of talent sourcing and market trends as well as attraction strategies to support effective hiring outcomes.

About You

  • You are a strategic Talent Acquisition professional with experience in high volume and fast paced environments.
  • You bring experience in leading recruitment teams and projects within a large and complex organisation.
  • You take a proactive, outcomes focused approach to problem solving
  • You lead and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver shared workforce outcomes.
  • You have strong communication skills and can partner well with stakeholders across all levels.
