As Service Owner Fulfilment & Settlements in the Origination & Servicing Village, Mortgages you will spearhead platform, process and operating model enhancements, delivering a best-in-market experience for our customers and partners. This pivotal role will lead digital signing uplift, enhance user experience, and drive automation of certifications and settlement processes, all while reducing costs and improving On Day Settlement performance.
Collaborating closely with operations, you will help ensure our broker and firstparty contact model remains industryleading. You will work actively with PEXA and broader industry participants to optimise and automate the settlement journey, while managing valuations to deliver faster results and reduce costs. As the point person for industry engagement on the evolving settlements landscape, including areas such as inoperability, you will also oversee issues and incident management. This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining strong reporting standards, with a focus on SLA monitoring, breach management and continuous process improvements.
- Currently working as an experienced Service Owner with Mortgages and Settlements experience preferred
- Proven background in business Performance & Tech delivery with a solid understanding of digital, data and AI Transforming businesses
- Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly from vision to execution, who has the ability to bring external perspectives and best practices from Australia and beyond
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Proven problem-solving ability across teams and complex challenges, and confident working in ambiguous environments, providing clarity and direction to your squad
