What's the role?
You'll step into a pivotal role within our Wealth Delivery Unit, helping shape and deliver next generation superannuation, retirement and insurance solutions. Working in a fast moving environment with a startup mindset, you'll bring ideas to life from concept through to launch and continuous improvement brining a startup mindset into a complex, regulated environment.
You'll lead cross functional agile teams, turning complex member and regulatory needs into clear, deliverable outcomes. You'll balance member experience, commercial goals and governance requirements while working closely with risk, legal, compliance and trustee partners to ensure everything is built right from day one.
This is a full time, hybrid opportunity based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country.
What do I need?
Experience working as a Product Owner or similar within superannuation, wealth, retirement or insurance
Strong understanding of superannuation products and lifecycle delivery
Confidence working in regulated environments with a focus on governance and compliance
Experience leading delivery across agile teams and driving outcomes
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
