ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager – Brand, this senior leadership role is responsible for translating CA ANZ’s enterprise brand and Attractiveness of the Profession (AOP) strategy into a clear, prioritised annual brand plan and leading its execution across the organisation.
You will drive enterprise-wide brand consistency, guide decision-making, and ensure high-quality, on-brand initiatives that strengthen perception of the profession and support long-term strategic outcomes.
Leading a diverse and high-performing team across brand, international marketing and creative services, you will elevate capability, foster collaboration and ensure delivery of impactful campaigns, partnerships and programs that enhance brand performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the enterprise brand plan aligned to strategic priorities and Attractiveness of the Profession direction
  • Oversee day-to-day brand management, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across the organisation
  • Drive high-impact campaigns, initiatives and partnerships that support brand growth and perception change
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Brand team, building capability and future leadership
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide brand direction and enable strategic outcomes
  • Manage agency relationships, sponsorships and investments to deliver strong brand and commercial outcomes
  • Embed performance measurement and insights to continuously optimise brand effectiveness

ABOUT YOU

  • Extensive experience leading brand or marketing teams within complex organisations, delivering strategic and commercial impact
  • Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable plans and priorities
  • Strong people leadership capability, with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, agencies and partnerships
  • Confident using data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity within a dynamic environment
