In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide administrative support including research, reporting, and information requests
  • Accurately enter and maintain data across reports, presentations, and databases
  • Support data collection and generate reports for departmental activities
  • Coordinate office administration including scheduling, correspondence, and visitor management
  • Respond to and redirect enquiries for timely and accurate resolution
  • Process vendor payments and assist with payment-related queries
  • Support projects, process improvements, and guide less experienced team members

  • Permanent Part time, 35hr Fortnight, 5 days, 9am to 4pm

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and quick to adapt to new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Valid driver's license required
