Brand & Content Marketing Specialist (Fixed-Term)
About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Resting, the restwear brand created by Sheet Society.
This role will manage the planning and execution of brand campaigns, content initiatives and organic social activity, helping bring the Resting brand to life. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners and creators, you'll be responsible for developing compelling brand stories, managing campaign delivery and ensuring consistent brand expression across channels.
This is a part-time 4 month contract role, with a commitment of 3 days per week. We're open to flexible working arrangements, whether that's 3 full days, reduced hours across 5 days, or a schedule that suits the successful candidate.
About the Team:
Part of the Brand Marketing Team within our broader Marketing Department, the Brand & Content Marketing specialist reports to our Head of Brand Marketing and will work closely with our Digital and Creative teams, as well as the Product team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Campaigns
- Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies that support brand and commercial objectives.
- Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional moments.
- Develop campaign content stories to be used across owned channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets and project delivery, supported by the Head of Brand Marketing.
- Manage brand events, activations and launch moments.
Social & Content
- Develop content strategies aligned to brand priorities.
- Create and brief organic content for internal and external creators.
- Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage social content scheduling and publishing across Instagram.
- Manage influencer and creator relationships, including gifting programs and content partnerships, supported by the Brand Marketing Coordinator.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency partners.
- Collaborate with internal channel owners to ensure consistent campaign execution across customer touch-points.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation.
- Monitor campaign and content performance to provide insights to inform future activity.

Support budget tracking and administrative requirements.
About You:
- 4+ years experience in brand marketing, content marketing, social media or a related field.
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable navigating evolving priorities.
- Strong experience developing campaign concepts and content strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent copywriting and briefing skills.
- Strong understanding of organic social media and content performance.
- Experience working with creators, influencers and external agencies.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.
