As we continue to expand and evolve, we're looking for a State Facilities Manager to join our Property & Facilities Team and help shape the next chapter of Grill'd. About the Role Reporting to our National Facilities Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting Grill'd's continued growth and success. You'll partner closely with our restaurant operations stakeholders across the business, bringing expertise, energy and a solutions-focused mindset to help deliver meaningful outcomes. Here are some of the things you'll be doing: Make an Impact: You will be responsible for supporting 2 states in leading the repairs & maintenance function across our expanding restaurant network, ensuring safety, operational compliance and presentation is kept at the highest standard. Be the Go-To Expert: You will deliver both preventative and reactive maintenance programs with autonomy to make decisions balancing budgets and priorities, including contractor performance, asset lifecycle management, maintenance projects and facilities compliance. Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with key restaurant operations stakeholders including State Managers, Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to deliver outcomes and drive results in the facilities space including minimising equipment downtime, reducing costs and improving reliability. Solve Problems: Navigate challenges, identify opportunities and continuously improve processes, all with the goal of delivering exceptional guest and team experience. Drive Results: Take ownership of priorities and contribute to Grill'd's ongoing growth and success as we continue to expand our restaurant network. Who We're Looking For: Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management, Repairs & Maintenance, Property Management, Construction or a related field Relationship Builder: Someone who builds trust quickly and communicates effectively across all levels. Experience doing this across multi-site QSR, Retail or Hospitality industries would be advantageous. Commercially Minded: Understands business priorities and balances people, performance and outcomes Organised & Proactive: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities especially in fast-paced environments.
