We are currently hiring a Full Time Draftsperson based out of our Brisbane Support Office located in Hamilton.

Reporting to the Drafting Team Lead, this role will see you preparing accurate, high-quality drawings and documentation to support the planning, design and delivery of Ingenia’s lifestyle community projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate design drawings, plans and documentation to support residential and community development projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure drawings align with project requirements, standards and timelines.
  • Create, update and maintain technical drawings, layouts and design records with a strong focus on accuracy and version control.
  • Review project information and identify drafting requirements, inconsistencies or opportunities to improve design documentation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused team environment while supporting continuous improvement across drafting and design processes.

About You

  • Have experience in drafting, design documentation or a similar technical role, ideally within residential, construction or property development.
  • Bring strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Are confident interpreting plans, technical information and project requirements, with a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Have proficiency with drafting and design software, along with sound capability across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate clearly, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a commitment to WHS responsibilities, including reporting hazards and supporting risk management.
