Your new role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated and experienced Electrician to work for the WA maintenance team, based in Kwinana Beach.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems within a busy manufacturing/industrial environment.

You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business in a supportive and friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide assistance with plant and equipment breakdowns by troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Coordinating a small team and work under limited supervision
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Trade qualification with industrial experience
  • A current driver's license
  • Proven experience in an industrial/mining setting
  • Experience working within a team, other contractors
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems and machinery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong focus on safety, with sound understanding of Workplace health and safety
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
