We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Endoscopy team, where you'll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cuttingedge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives.

What you'll do:

Own and execute strategic territory plans to consistently deliver revenue targets, grow market share, and build a sustainable Endoscopy business.

Act as a trusted partner to clinicians and hospital stakeholders by leveraging deep product expertise, market insights, and collaborative engagement-while representing Boston Scientific's values and integrity.

Complete a structured training program and comprehensive onboarding, apply learning in the field, and maintain a high level of product, technical, clinical, and market knowledge on an ongoing basis

Contribute to meaningful, lifechanging innovations that improve patient outcomes
Partner with crossfunctional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a commercially astute and clinically confident professional who thrives in an agile environment:

Experience in Endoscopy medical device sales is highly regarded

Ability to build trusted, longterm relationships and quickly develop clinical and product expertise.

Resultsdriven professional with a growth mindset - naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and effective at communicating, prioritising and working both autonomously and within highperforming teams.
