For more about what we do, please head to www.gemlife.com.au In this newly created role, you'll ensure timely booking of client appointments, updates, efficient scheduling of maintenance staff and the delivery of 12-month maintenance inspections in line with company standards and contractual obligations. Based out of our Moreton Bay (4 days) and Gold Coast (1 day) sites, you will work closely with the Residential Construction team to address 7-day handover items, scheduling appointments and booking in trades to return if required. This position is essential to maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with warranty requirements and supporting operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be: Manage and coordinate daily and weekly schedules supporting a team of 4 maintenance staff across multiple active sites Act as the primary contact for homeowners to book and confirm maintenance appointments Schedule 7-day handover inspections coordinating trades and suppliers Respond to homeowner enquiries, provide updates, and manage rescheduling with a customer-first approach Ensuring 12-month inspections are scheduled within required timeframes Log and action all inspection outcomes appropriately in Onsite Companion Assist with reporting on maintenance KPIs Work cohesively with the maintenance supervisor and trades to ensure smooth delivery of works What are we looking for?
