As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to work at the heart of our business from our New Farm Head Office. The Role This is a highimpact, trusted partnering role supporting our Managing Director in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. You'll be the goto organiser, problemsolver, and calm presence keeping everything moving behind the scenes - while being deeply embedded in the daytoday rhythm of the business. This is a fulltime, inoffice role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and building strong working relationships. What You'll Be Doing Providing highlevel executive support to the Managing Director Managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements Acting as a key point of contact between the MD and stakeholders Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting papers Coordinating leadership meetings and tracking actions and outcomes Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion Anticipating priorities, solving problems proactively, and keeping everything running smoothly Supporting special projects aligned with business growth and brand evolution What You'll Bring Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA (Csuite experience highly regarded) Outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset - you're always one step ahead Strong written and verbal communication skills Techsavvy with Microsoft Office, Tanda (a bonus) A positive attitude, adaptability, and genuine passion for being part of a creative, highenergy team Why Join Burger Urge?
