What You'll Do

Principal Support

  • Proactively manage and coordinate the daily schedules of Principals and Partners across multiple time zones, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for engagements
  • Organise complex travel arrangements andlogistics, including flights, accommodation,visasand passports, in compliance with company policy
  • Schedule and coordinate client, caseteamand administrative meetings, managing all associatedlogisticssuch as agendas, materials, and venue arrangements
  • Manage corporate expense processes including AMEX reconciliations, invoicing, expensetrackingand timesheet submissions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to advance the Principal/Partner's commercial agenda,demonstratinga clear understanding client and case requirements
  • Act as a key liaison between the Principal/Partner, caseteamsand other stakeholders to manage schedules and resolve logistical needs effectively
  • Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure seamless communication and support

OfficeExperience

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, includinggreeting clientsandmanaging inquiries
  • Ensure reception and client-facing areas are consistentlymaintainedto a professional standard
  • Overseevisitor managementprocesses, including issuingand trackingsecurity and access passes
  • Serveas the primaryliaisonfor Building Management and securityteamsregardingoperational issues
  • Log andmanagemaintenance requestsfor cleaning, repairs, and other operational needs to ensure a seamless workplace experience
  • Maintainshared spaces such as kitchens, meeting rooms, and utility areas, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and functional
  • Monitor and restock daily amenities, includingfood, beverages, and pantry supplies
  • Respondpromptly to inquiries and requests from the Client Services inbox
  • Planand executeoffice-related events,including setup, catering andlogistical support for both internal and client-facingfunctions
  • Manage procurement and stock control ofoffice supplies, corporatestationeryandpantry essentials
  • Coordinate meeting room preparationaccording to booking requirements, includingfurniture arrangements,AV configuration,andcatering
  • Lead the organisation and execution of internal events such as team-building activities,milestonecelebrationsand other initiatives to fosterengagement anda positive workplace culture
  • Actively supportkey office and employee engagement initiatives,promotinga welcoming and inclusive environment


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience inproviding comprehensive administrative support tonumerousstakeholders,including calendar managementand travel coordination
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a provenability tomanage priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Strong communicationandinterpersonalabilities, marked by responsiveness, intuition, and high emotionalintelligence
