What you'll do

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while executing market strategy by engaging customers and developing value propositions?   • As a member of a dynamic sales team your responsibilities include:
  • Face to Face customer contact in an assigned market based geographic territory.
  • Partner with our existing SME customer base to develop and grow their business
  • Drive profitable new business revenue and prospecting to build pipeline from within your geographic territory
  • Partner closely with cross functional departments to drive further market insights and collaboration with clients
  • Support all key account functions; complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other contractually agreed services

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our high-performing sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face engagement within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Partnering with our existing Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customer base to identify growth opportunities and support the expansion of their businesses.
  • Driving profitable revenue growth through strategic prospecting, new business acquisition, and effective pipeline management within your designated territory.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, generate market insights, and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Managing and supporting key account activities, ensuring the effective handling of customer queries, claims, and service-related issues.
  • Delivering exceptional account management support through proactive issue resolution and the consistent execution of contractual service commitments.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by fostering long-term relationships and delivering solutions that enhance customer value and business outcomes.
