Leading Hand - Service Crew - Bellevue

Barminco hassuccessfullytendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Projectlocatedapproximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia's highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.

This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than80% of the site's power requirements through renewable energy sources.

About the Role

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivatedLeading Hand Service Crewto join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO roster. These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Lead and supervise the underground service crew during day-to-day operations

• Coordinate services including ventilation, dewatering, air, water and generalmineservices

• Ensure all work is carried outin accordance withsafety procedures, permits, andminestandards

• Allocate tasks,monitorwork quality, and provide on-the-job guidance and mentoring

• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and hazard identification in work areas

• Liaise with supervisors, maintenance, and production teams to meet operational priorities

• Monitor equipment condition and report defects, incidents, or delays

• Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure compliance with site policies and procedure.

Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes

• Previousexperience working on a Service Crewin a mining environment preferably as a Leading Hand

• Good communications skills with the ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders

• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards

• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
