We are seeking highperforming Recruitment Advisors for a 3month fixedterm contract supporting the ESS Defence contract.

This opportunity is suited to experienced, highfunctioning recruiters with proven volume recruitment experience who can immediately add value in a fastpaced environment.

As a Portfolio Recruitment Advisor within the National Recruitment Team, you will play a critical role supporting Defence operations, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver timely, highquality recruitment outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will join a highperforming team recognised as trusted advisors to the business. We pride ourselves on our customercentric approach, professionalism, and commitment to delivering consistent, compliant, and highquality results.

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle across a designated Defence portfolio, including briefing, sourcing, assessment, compliance processing, and seamless onboarding to site.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with operational and contract leaders, providing timely and strategic recruitment support.
  • Develop, curate and manage a proactive talent pipeline to meet both planned and rapidresponse workforce needs across Defence sites.
  • Collaborate effectively within the national team, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting colleagues when required.

About you

  • Experience in highvolume, campaign, or projectbased recruitment will be highly regarded.
  • Background in fastpaced recruitment or a similar stakeholder-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver highquality service.
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism.
