Are you passionate about connecting aspiring creatives with transformative education? Do you love the art of the conversation — the moment a prospective student discovers their path?

LCI Melbourne is looking for two Admissions Advisors to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 9 months, subject to renewal — and we’re ready to move quickly.

The ideal candidate:

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment.

  • Possesses a strong customer service focus.

  • Embraces global challenges and consistently aims to meet or exceed targets with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Communicates effectively, engaging comfortably with diverse audiences.

This is a student-facing and account management role, requiring a collaborative individual to assist the team in developing, implementing, evaluating, and refining customer-driven strategies for LCIM.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead presentations, campus tours, open days, expos, and school visits for domestic and international students and their influencers, including career practitioners, agents, parents, and teachers.

  • Attend up to a maximum of 12 Saturdays per calendar year (rostered in advance) to conduct tours, admissions consultations, and lead follow-up activities; time-in-lieu applies.

  • Provide expert advice to prospective domestic and international students on prerequisites, admission processes, credit transfers, pathways, scholarships, and recognition of prior learning, consistent with HESF Standards 1.1 and 1.2.

  • Support the pre-enrolment transition experience by connecting students to orientation information and appropriate referrals, contributing to successful entry into study consistent with HESF Standard 1.3.

  • Apply admissions policies fairly and consistently, ensuring all prospective students receive accurate written information about fees, entry requirements, credit arrangements, and withdrawal policies prior to enrolment, in line with HESF Standards 1.1 and 7.2.

  • Maintain complete and accurate admissions records and contractual documentation, supporting LCIM's obligations as a TEQSA-registered provider.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of students, schools, and agents, building and maintaining strong relationships that support admissions pipeline development and conversion outcomes.

  • Maintain and utilise the CRM database to accurately track all student and school interactions, and generate regular reports on admissions trends, lead volumes, and conversion outcomes to support continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on recruitment events, publications, and nurture communications, ensuring all representations of LCIM's programmes are accurate and compliant with HESF Standard 7.1.

  • Actively participate in and contribute to strategic priorities across the business.
