About the role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, where you'll lead the onsite delivery of diverse civil, building and landscape projects while ensuring quality, safety and integrity across every stage of construction.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Oversee construction activities, manage contractors, liaise with stakeholders and ensure projects meet time, quality and budget expectations.
  • Resolve onsite issues by making daily technical decisions, negotiate solutions and maintain safe, productive worksites.
  • Oversee contract administration, prepare reports and ensure compliance with legislation, WHS and Council policies.
  • Monitor budgets & performance, track expenditure, engage consultants and contribute to broader corporate and strategic initiatives.

About You
The successful candidate should have extensive experience as construction supervisor. You will bring deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to lead safe, highquality project delivery at all levels.

You will also bring:

  • Strong technical capability in civil, landscape and building construction with the ability to interpret engineering and technical designs.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets and preparing written advice such as reports.
  • Stakeholder & team leadership experience and successfully working with public authorities, contractors and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Recognised certificate level qualifications in construction, works supervision or other related discipline with at least 10 years' experience.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $104,610.61 to $115,174.86 plus 12% superannuation.
