Hurlstone Park Vet Hospital is looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are a busy small animal clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care to our patients and their families. If you're passionate about animal welfare and enjoy working in a collaborative clinical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
As a veterinary nurse with us, you'll be involved in a wide range of clinical and surgical duties, including:
Patient monitoring and inpatient care
Assisting in consultations and surgical procedures
Anaesthetic monitoring
Medication administration and treatments
Client communication and education
General nursing and clinic upkeep duties
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Certificate IV Vet Nurse (or equivalent)
Minimum 1+ year vet nurse experience
Confident in general nursing duties and eager to continue learning
Calm and caring with patients and clients
A strong team player with good communication skills
Able to work a flexible part-time roster (including some weekends if required)
