The role

We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our Product Delivery team for a 12 Month Parental Leave cover.

This isn't a traditional media role.

You'll sit at the intersection of media, product and AI, responsible for turning product ideas into live, market-ready solutions. You'll lead delivery across multiple workstreams, working closely with engineering, design, operations and commercial teams to ensure everything lands on time and at a high standard.

From managing timelines and coordinating teams, to shaping go-to-market materials and supporting launches, you'll be the person who keeps everything moving and makes sure nothing slips.

What you'll be doing

You'll run the day-to-day delivery of PMX product initiatives, owning timelines and keeping stakeholders aligned across multiple projects.

You'll lead WIPs, track progress and hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliverables, ensuring workstreams stay on track and outcomes are achieved.

You'll partner with product, AI and commercial leads to support the development and rollout of new solutions, including embedding AI into workflows and improving operational efficiency.

You'll also play a key role in go-to-market execution, from briefing design teams and building collateral through to supporting launches, case studies and internal enablement.

What you'll bring

You come from a media planning or buying background and understand how different channels connect across the ecosystem.

You're highly organised and delivery-focused. You follow up, keep people accountable and don't let things drift.

You're confident working across multiple stakeholders, from technical teams through to commercial leads, and can keep communication clear and structured.

You're curious about product and AI, and motivated to build new capability in a space that's reshaping how media operates.
