About the role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team, supporting the delivery of projects across Brisbane, Rockhampton, and Townsville. Offering flexibility in location, this role can be based in Brisbane with regular travel to project sites, or locally in Northern or Central Queensland, providing the opportunity to work closely with our regional project teams. This is a diverse, hands-on role offering exposure to a range of projects across regional Queensland. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, contribute to project profitability, and build your career within a growing and well-established civil contractor. Regular travel to project sites will be required, typically on a weekly basis or as required. Your key responsibilities As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial performance and successful delivery of our projects. Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you will be responsible for the following, End-to-end contract administration across project lifecycle Preparation, review, and administration of subcontract packages Cost management, forecasting, and reporting Assessment and processing of progress claims and variations Supporting procurement and supplier negotiations Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial obligations Working closely with site and project teams to drive performance outcomes About You Experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, infrastructure, or related industries Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Experience working across multiple sites/projects (desirable) Able to travel regularly between Brisbane, Rockhampton, and Townsville Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business or similar What we're offering Flexible with location options (Brisbane, Rockhampton, or Townsville) An industry leading incentivised employee loyalty program On going career development and mentoring support Job security through a solid project pipeline Interested?
