An opportunity has presented itself for a Supervisor Terminal Planning to join our team in the Sydney Freight Terminal. What You'll Do Support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a rail terminal through planning, coordination, and contractor management. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will: Manage contractor onboarding, compliance and performance Coordinate maintenance of terminal assets and infrastructure Monitor environmental, safety and compliance requirements Support emergency, security, and site risk management processes Coordinate D&A testing and health and safety programs Provide day-to-day operational oversight to maintain continuity and minimise disruption What You'll Bring Experience in operations, logistics, rail or heavy industry Proven contractor and stakeholder management capability Strong safety, compliance and risk management focus Ability to coordinate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Exposure to rail operations, RIW or infrastructure maintenance is highly regarded.
