What's the role?

You'll play a key role supporting customer relationships and helping grow a strong portfolio within Specialist Banking. Based in Adelaide, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you'll work one to one with a Relationship Manager to deliver great outcomes for customers while building your own capability.

Day to day, you'll help identify new opportunities, support lending and credit processes, and stay close to what matters most to your customers. You'll build trust through responsive service, clear communication and a genuine interest in helping businesses thrive. You'll be supported by experienced leaders and encouraged to take ownership as you build your commercial banking capability.

You'll also be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, using tools and insights to better understand customer needs and find the right solutions. It's a role where you'll learn quickly, take ownership and contribute to a high-performing, customer first culture. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and where curiosity, teamwork and learning are valued as you develop your career.

What do I need?

You'll bring prior experience as an accountant or commercial banker, along with a practical, customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow, including:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine focus on customer outcomes.
  • Confidence working with financial information and supporting credit processes.
  • A proactive approach to spotting opportunities and adding value.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
