About the Role
As a Registered Nurse - Anaesthetics, you will deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care while working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the wider healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, research-based anaesthetic nursing care
- Provide complex, multidisciplinary patient care
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Act as a role model for safe clinical practice
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
- Educate and support patients through recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria:
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in Anaesthetics
- Authority to work in Australia
- Availability to work Monday-Friday (with flexible start and finish times)
- Working With Children Check
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Sound computer literacy
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification in Anaesthetics (or working towards)

I If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2024, a salary ranging from $39.09 - $54.89 per hour.
