As Portfolio PMO Lead, you'll play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of a complex portfolio of projects across Asahi Beverages.
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you'll ensure seamless execution - bringing structure, visibility, and governance across multiple workstreams. By ensuring the right information is available at the right time, you'll help leaders make confident decisions, keep delivery on track, and drive alignment across teams, partners and vendors.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys connecting the dots across programs, and takes pride in creating clarity, momentum and accountability across large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an integrated portfolio plan across all workstreams
- Drive governance cadence, including forums, packs and action tracking
- Consolidate project data into clear portfolio-level reporting and dashboards
- Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation
- Act as a central coordination point across teams, leaders and partners
- Maintain PMO tools, templates and reporting standards
About You
You're organised, proactive and comfortable working across complex programs. You bring clarity, structure and strong stakeholder alignment.
You'll bring:
- Experience in PMO, project coordination or similar roles
- Strong understanding of governance and delivery frameworks
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with PMO tools (Sensei Altus advantageous)
