This is a unique opportunity to lead forward thinking workforce strategies that will influence how healthcare is delivered across NSW. As Associate Director, Future of Work Strategies, you'll work at the forefront of innovation identifying emerging trends, designing strategic responses, and driving system wide impact. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across government, contributing expert advice on critical workforce challenges and opportunities. Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $149,739 - $173,174 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.

What you will be doing
- Lead and deliver strategic workforce policy and projects, ensuring high quality outcomes aligned to government priorities.
- Conduct research and horizon scanning to identify emerging workforce trends and inform future planning.
- Provide expert advice and briefings to senior executives on complex workforce issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government and the health sector.
- Manage and support a small team to deliver projects, policy development, and evaluation activities.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Strong knowledge of workforce policy, legislation, and issues impacting the health sector.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyse complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience developing, analysing, and evaluating policy or complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare highquality reports and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing people, projects, and competing priorities.
