What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while supporting improved health outcomes for clients.
Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and scope of practice
Monitor, assess, and report client conditions, escalating concerns as needed
Support clients with daily living activities and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to a culture of quality improvement and patient safety

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development
7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
