As our AWS business continues to expand, we are seeking an AWS Business Leader to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen AWS alignment, and build trusted, long-term customer and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver against an AWS revenue target, driving new logo and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable AWS pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Lead complex, enterpriselevel AWS sales engagements from discovery through to close
- Act as a key interface with AWS, driving joint GTM motions, cosell activity, and pipeline alignment
- Build trusted, executivelevel relationships with customers, positioning SoftwareOne as a strategic AWS partner
- Collaborate closely with account teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Contribute to the growth of SoftwareOne’s AWS practice through mentorship, enablement, and team building
What we need to see from you
- Proven experience in a senior, quotacarrying business development or sales role, ideally within cloud services
- Demonstrated success selling AWS solutions and closing complex, highvalue deals
- Strong experience working with AWS as a partner, including cosell and vendor engagement
- AWS Specialist or Professional certifications (required)
- A clear, demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, growthmindset leader who enjoys building capability and momentum
