Service Administrator

Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator. This a 12 month fixed term position that will be based at our Perth Service Centre.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Comply with all Epiroc policies and procedures
Open and Close Service/Work Orders
Perform day to day administration for New Machine Pre-Delivery team, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Generate reports to capture up to date system records and capture final costs for job closures
Monitor and resolve discrepancies between job records, costs and invoices
Process time sheets and time sheet reconciliation
Support invoicing, purchase orders and E-purchase/E payables system related tasks
General administrative duties as required
Ideally, you will possess:
Suitable Administration qualifications
Experience in a similar administration role
Ability to multi task and react to changing objectives
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Skilled in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance amongst other pre-employment verification requirements.
