$35.45 per hour + 12% super

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team based at one of our high-profile global tech institution in Melbourne CBD. This fantastic opportunity is a Monday-to-Friday permanent full time roster and offers a true work-life balance and an opportunity to progress within our business!

THE POSITION

• Direction and leadership of the onsite F&B team
• Manage the pantry during the week
• Manage deliveries, orders, stock rotation and cleaning duties
• Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
• Engage with clients and customers

THE PERSON

• 2-3 years of hotel or corporate hospitality experience required
• The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as are sound verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
• Catering, vendor and ordering experience required
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and diary management skills
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
