What's the role?
You'll be part of the team that keeps Westpac's financial and regulatory reporting sharp, accurate and insightful. Working across business units, you'll help deliver reports, support major transformation projects, and provide the kind of analysis that drives smart decisions. This full-time role is based at our Sydney office and sits within the Finance Division.
What do I need?
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL, Python or R
- Proven Business Analyst (BA) supporting financial and/or regulatory reporting, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
- Confidence working with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A background in finance (desirable) with a solid understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A curious mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes
