Primary Purpose

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the performance, growth, and strategic development of the dealer network through operational excellence and targeted improvement initiatives. This role bridges senior leadership and dealer groups to deliver strong commercial outcomes and best-in-class network performance.

This position is open to candidates based in Sydney and Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse dealer performance across key metrics (profitability, customer experience, quality, service, people, and operational maturity) to drive targeted improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement action plans for underperforming dealers, including leading business reviews and incentive programs
  • Coach and influence dealer groups to improve performance, while partnering with internal teams across sales, service, digital, finance, and capability development
  • Lead the optimisation of operational processes and embed best-practice retail standards across the network
  • Oversee compliance, including audits, dealer agreements, and adherence to brand, operational, and statutory requirements
  • Identify and deliver network growth opportunities, including expansion, optimisation, and strategic network changes (e.g. buy-sells and consolidations)

  • Highly effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
