  • Manage injury management, early intervention, WorkCover administration and related wellbeing processes.
  • Support employees, managers and HR Business Partners with practical, timely and customer-focused advice.
  • Liaise with WorkSafe Victoria's authorised agent, insurers, treating practitioners and other external providers.
  • Prepare accurate wellbeing, health and safety, and WorkCover reports, including insights for senior leadership.

  • Contribute to wellbeing, safety, training and broader People, Culture and Diversity initiatives.

About you

You are organised, calm and practical, with sound judgement and a genuine interest in helping people return to, and stay well at, work.

  • Experience in injury management, WorkCover, health, safety and wellbeing administration or advisory support.
  • A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent relevant capability.
  • Confidence working with claims, reports, data, systems, case notes and compliance records.
  • The ability to interpret trends and provide clear, useful reporting and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience and professional integrity.

Experience in aged care, health, community services or another people-centred environment would be highly regarded.

A driver's licence is required to travel to other sites and service areas, and the ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
