Customer Service Representative

We're excited to be recruiting for two Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

With one team member pursuing a new opportunity and another preparing to welcome a new addition to their family, we're looking for two customer-focused professionals to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This includes:

  • 1 x Permanent Full-Time opportunity

  • 1 x Parental Leave Contract opportunity (6 months, with possibility to extend)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional service and support while working closely with our Sales, Logistics and Operations teams.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, relationship management, order processing, administration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Processing customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with an existing customer portfolio

  • Supporting sales initiatives and identifying opportunities to add value for customers

  • Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery

  • Resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions

  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business

  • Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or account coordination

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous, however training will be provided

  • A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
