We're looking for an energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and event service operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with the support of an Assistant Manager, you'll bring leadership, creativity and operational strength to drive exceptional guest experiences.

In this highimpact role, you will:

• Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage team
• Oversee all operational areas including restaurant, bar and room service
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experience
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and compliance
• Manage rosters, stock, cost control and reporting
• Review performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
• Play a key role in hotelwide leadership conversations and collaboration
• Champion Accor's values and the Heartist service culture

This is an ideal role for a handson leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take their F&B career to the next level.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in food & beverage leadership, ideally in hotel environments or similar
• Strong peopleleadership skills and the ability to build a positive team culture
• Confidence managing budgets, labour and stock
• Solid understanding of RSA, food safety and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A guestfocused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
• The ability to stay calm and solutionoriented in challenging moments
