The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to own the financial planning, forecasting and commercial analysis that drives Aveo's sales performance. This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with sales and finance leaders to provide high-quality financial and commercial insights & reporting that guide decisions across the business.
Your Impact
- Act as a business partner to sales and finance leaders, delivering weekly forecasting and modelling that supports business planning and sales objectives
- Analyse sales drivers and performance metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
- Prepare regular sales, marketing and FP&A reports for senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Support monthly financial results, including variance analysis and short-term forecasting
- Build, maintain and continuously improve financial models, datasets and Excel-based tools
- Contribute to the development and measurement of KPIs for the Sales and Marketing teams
- Partner with IT and Data teams to enhance Power BI reporting and broader business intelligence
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis or similar commercial analyst role
- Strong Excel skills with hands-on experience building and maintaining financial models
- Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards or data analysis (highly regarded)
- Strong analytical capability with a proactive, curious, fast-paced and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior and executive stakeholders
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
