What you'll be doing

The Patient Administration System (PAS) Audit & Training Co-ordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring the integrity of data captured in the PAS system. This is achieved by undertaking regular audits, coordinating the duplicate process from the local and Digital Health UPI systems and co-ordinating and providing regular and adhoc training to new and existing staff throughout Sutherland & Community Health.

Selection Criteria:
1. Excellent PC skills including knowledge of, experience using Microsoft Office Products
2. Sound working knowledge and demonstrated experience in using a Patient Administration System
3. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
6. Demonstrated Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Demonstrated initiative and ability to problem solve issues relating to clinical data integrity
8. Flexibility, reliability Commitment to excellent customer service
