Achieve Something Great
Make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of children and families across South Western Sydney by leading a passionate and high-performing team. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of innovative healthy eating and active living initiatives for children aged 6-13, including the Go4Fun Online program. It also leads the promotion and enrolment of programs to meet Ministry of Health performance indicators. Through strong partnerships and a community-centred approach, initiatives are locally tailored to meet the needs of priority populations, while providing strategic direction and operational support to the Children and Families team to deliver measurable outcomes.

Are You the Right Fit?
This opportunity suits a confident and supportive leader who is highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Strong capability in providing both strategic direction and hands-on operational support is essential. Demonstrated experience in health promotion, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will support effective engagement with diverse communities and stakeholders. A collaborative approach and ability to lead and motivate teams will be key to delivering impactful programs and achieving positive health outcomes.
