The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fire Services Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery across multiple fire protection streams, ensuring jobs are scheduled, completed on time, and fully compliant with company and industry standards.
This is a fast-paced and critical support role that acts as the link between field technicians, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating scheduling and delivery of works for electrical services
  • Managing job allocation, resourcing, and completion to ensure timelines and service standards are met
  • Generating and distributing basic quotes for service works
  • Liaising with clients to manage job requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and documentation within internal systems
  • Monitoring technician paperwork and system updates to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Managing defect notifications and coordinating follow-up actions
  • Ensuring works are completed to specification and rescheduling where required
  • Finalising and closing out jobs within systems accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and coordination tasks
Your Skills, Experience & Attributes
  • Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (3+ years highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • High level of computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Basic financial and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of fire protection services or similar industry (desirable)
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
