About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer (Supervisor) - BMS) to join a high-performing service team in Abbotsford.

In this role, you'll take ownership of team performance, customer relationships, and financial outcomes, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will act as the key link between the field team, customers, and internal stakeholders, driving consistent service delivery and strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery across service sites
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS and HVAC systems, including technical escalations
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high service quality and contract retention
• Take ownership of job financials including cost control, estimates, and invoicing
• Drive safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement across service delivery

About You

• 5+ years' experience in BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, or support engineers/technicians
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC, and building controls
• Experience working in service environments with direct customer interaction
• Exposure to job costing, estimates, or financial management of service work
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Exposure to security systems (CCTV, access control) or integrated building systems
• Understanding of networking or cyber-secure environments within building systems
