Sales Manager - Indonesia & Philippines and Australia

YOUR JOB FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's business in Indonesia, Philippines and Australia.

  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new clients, distributors, and key accounts in the region.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term cooperation and high service standards.

  • Visit clients, lead negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and conclude sales agreements.

  • Monitor customer payments and ensure timely settlements.

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Indonesia, Philippines and Australia, and report insights to management.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings in the region.

  • Cooperate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Fluency in Indonesian or Filipino.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven experience in international sales, business development, or export markets (experience in Indonesia/Philippines/Australia is a strong advantage).

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets.

  • Excellent computer skills, including Power BI for reporting and analysis ( MS Office, sales reporting tools).

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES
