Introduction

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Consumables Project Management team in the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of project-related orders across the Consumables BA, ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and in line with scope, cost, and quality expectations. Many projects involve coordination across multiple regions, facilities, suppliers, and execution teams, requiring strong ownership and structured delivery management.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of CNS Projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Lead the project team and drive execution across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics functions
  • Act as the primary interface to customers, Market Areas, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Ensure contract compliance, including management of variations, change orders, and claims
  • Monitor and manage project risks, opportunities, and overall performance, escalating where required
  • Coordinate delivery across regional supply chains, production sites, and external suppliers
  • Work closely with production and supplier delivery teams to ensure manufacturing and expediting activities align with project plans
  • Oversee quality and execution activities, including NCRs, assembly, testing and delivery readiness
  • Manage project structures and controls in SAP, ensuring accurate setup, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure all project documentation requirements are met, including VDDR, MDR, and client deliverables
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
  • Contribute to developing a consistent way of working across CNS projects

Who you are

  • Solid experience in project management within capital equipment, mining, or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and project delivery processes
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and distributed execution
  • Ability to manage risk, priorities, and competing demands in a structured way
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A leader that can work in a matrix organisation with cross-functional teams
  • Systems-oriented mindset, with experience working in ERP/project systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience and knowledge of Screening equipment is an advantage.
