ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Lorna Jane Perth City.

This role is ideal for someone who is an experienced retailer ideally in women’s apparel. You may have worked in a 2IC or supervisory role and are ready to work with a premium activewear brand. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team from the floor and create an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, store KPIs and team performance goals
  • Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members through regular feedback, training and role modelling
  • Help manage day-to-day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Step up and manage the store when the Store manager is on their RDO’s or leave
  • Represent the Lorna Jane brand and inspire customers through active living and community connection

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone who understands that are customers are No 1. You have a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences
  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Retail Manager, Department Manager or similar retail leadership role
  • A strong track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs
  • Confidence in coaching team members and supporting performance development
  • Strong operational skills across stock, merchandising and daily store routines
