Your new role
We have an opportunity for a Communications Consultant to join our Product & Service Communications team on an 8month maximum term contract.
Reporting to the Communications Manager - Retirement, this role is responsible for delivering clear, engaging and compliant member communications across a wide range of products and services. You will play a key role in simplifying complex information and enhancing member experience through high-quality, multi-channel communications.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver end-to-end member communications across digital and print channels
- Translate complex, technical and legislative information into clear, engaging content
- Plan and execute communications supporting new products, services and member initiatives
- Manage multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle communications to support member retention and growth
- Produce and maintain content across websites, member portal, mobile app, emails, brochures and tools
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure communications are consistent, compliant and on brand
- Continuously improve communications using insights, data and member feedback
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end communications across multiple channels
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work on time
- Willingness to adopt collaboration tools and incorporate AI capability into day-to-day activity
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in financial services, superannuation or a regulated environment (preferred)
- Qualification in communications, marketing or a related field
