Our organisation is growing, and we're hiring a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is a highly visible role where you'll lead all talent acquisition activities across Australia, United Kingdom and Vietnam. You'll also strengthen the broader People & Culture team by driving the rollout, adoption and ongoing improvement of recruitment and HR systems-creating consistent, efficient and scalable people processes across GBST.
What U will do:
Partner closely with our Leaders in Australia, United Kingdom & Vietnam to own the full recruitment lifecycle (from the first job brief through to onboarding). Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, align expectations early, and provide clear advice and support for their hiring needs.
Ensure our direct sourcing channels are fully optimised (i.e. LinkedIn, social media, and referrals) so we can attract exceptional talent and reduce reliance on external agencies.
As the talent subject matter expert, ensure our processes and sourcing methods reflect best practice and meet local market needs.
Manage and share recruitment metrics to drive clearer insights and smarter decisions.
Coach our leaders with proven sourcing and selection best practices, and keep them informed on market and industry trends.

This role suits an experienced in-house Talent Recruiter who has hired in technology and/or the financial services/wealth management space. You communicate with confidence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and focus on detail while maintaining momentum. Other key attributes can include:
Proven sourcing experience across a range of approaches and platforms
Experience building and maintaining programs that support talent acquisition and improve the candidate experience
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a strong focus on process improvement
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them in talent acquisition
