GenAI Senior Digital Transformation Lead / GenAI Senior Capability Lead

OLIVER Agency - APAC
Sydney, Australia Full Time
Reference: 102_759271_7626007

Role: GenAI Senior Digital Transformation Lead / GenAI Senior Capability Lead

Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote but frequent travel. Likely 15 days a month in OLIVER / client offices across APAC)

About the role:

Awareness and adoption of GenAI has accelerated dramatically over the last 12-18 months, moving from experimentation to enterprise deployment. What began as prompt-based content generation has now evolved into a broader ecosystem of multimodal models, AI-assisted production workflows, copilots, and increasingly agentic systems capable of planning, reasoning, orchestrating tasks, and working across integrated toolchains.

At OLIVER, our client business continues to grow year on year, and the diversity and sophistication of client engagements continue to evolve rapidly. One of the biggest growth areas is within AI-enabled transformation across content, operations, strategy, workflow automation, and marketing effectiveness. We have a unique opportunity to help our clients unlock greater efficiency, deliver assets at speed and scale, elevate creative quality, improve performance, and redesign how work gets done through AI.

The GenAI Senior Capability Lead is a key leadership role responsible for identifying, shaping, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client accounts and internal agency operations. This individual will work closely with creative, strategy, technology, operations, data, legal, and client stakeholders to identify where GenAI, automation, and agentic workflows can create meaningful business value.

This role is not only about introducing tools. It is about building sustainable capability: defining use cases, building and scaling solutions, embedding new ways of working, driving adoption, managing risk, and ensuring AI is deployed responsibly and effectively in a way that improves both outcomes and operating models.
