HSE Lead
HSE Lead - Planning and Execution | FIFO 8:6 (Turnaround Program)
About the role
We work on challenging and exciting projects that shape the way we evolve, adapt, and transform the industries we work in. We rally together, drawing on the diverse skills across our teams and create environments where great ideas are heard.
This opportunity will see you join a reputable company with a highly experienced team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customers.
UGL's Industrial and Resources East Business is seeking a suitably qualified HSE professional who is comfortable operating at planning and governance level, and then stepping into execution delivery, working collaboratively with UGL Project Management and client representatives in a regulated operating environment.
This opportunity will see you embedded on the client side, supporting a Queensland site operating under mining and quarrying legislation. The role is initially focused on building and embedding HSE plans, governance and execution frameworks to support upcoming turnaround activities.
As the turnaround program progresses, the role will transition into execution support, working closely with UGL delivery teams as part of a strategic client-UGL partnership, supporting delivery in line with the established plans and governance arrangements.
The role is a FIFO position, initially operating on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. You will work backtoback with another HSE professional to provide continuity across the program. As the program moves into execution, the role is expected to transition into a full turnaround delivery roster aligned to site requirements.
