About the Role

The Office Manager oversees key administration of BaptistCare Hubs, incorporating all programs of the Community Services Victoria Segment. The role takes specific responsibility for a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office and provide a positive, client focussed service to all consumers and stakeholders. The Office Manager provides high quality project support to Community Services Victoria service delivery and oversees the operation of the administration team.

The Office Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the site, undertaking administrative and client welcome functions, oversee program finance management and provide support to management as required. Under supervision, the role undertakes project management duties including some event coordination, data input, accounts management, stakeholder management, quality activities, and coordinates volunteer and student onboarding.
